Oak Works

The Acorn is Oak Works’ flagship initial product concept: a modular garden office designed around flexibility, quality and the way you want to work

## Gaming & Entertainment Rooms

Create your own space to play, relax and escape.

The Oak Works modular system can be configured to create a dedicated gaming room or entertainment space, designed around the way you want to use it. Whether it's a high-performance gaming setup, a home cinema, or a relaxed space for friends and family, the possibilities are flexible.

The distinctive oak detailing and integrated LED lighting can help create an atmosphere that feels completely different from the main house. Wall-mounted screens, gaming equipment, shelving and specialist lighting can all be incorporated into the interior layout.

From immersive gaming environments to multi-purpose entertainment rooms, podcast studios, or even music studios, each space can be adapted to suit individual requirements.

One modular building. Your own world of entertainment.

The modular system is designed with the potential to integrate renewable energy and water collection into the building itself. Solar panels can sit between the exposed oak roof beams, while rainwater can be channelled down the external EPDM surfaces and collected into discreet storage beneath the floor.

Oak Works explores how modular spaces can be designed to accommodate a wider range of individual needs.

From level-access entrances and wider doorways to adaptable layouts, accessible facilities and carefully considered internal spaces, our modular approach offers opportunities to incorporate inclusive design from the outset.

Whether creating a garden workspace, community facility or commercial building, accessibility can be considered as part of the design to help make spaces more practical, comfortable and welcoming.
