Possibilities
Personal & Creative Spaces
The Oak Works modular system is designed with flexibility in mind, with potential applications across personal, creative, commercial and leisure spaces — from garden offices and studios to workspaces and retreats. See how it comes together in our applications portfolio.
Commercial & Professional Use
Spaces for work, welcome and hospitality
We are developing our panel-based system with businesses in mind. In future, it could support flexible workspaces, meeting rooms, reception areas and leisure or visitor facilities, designed to adapt as needs change. The system is currently in development, and we welcome conversations with organisations interested in exploring early opportunities.
FUTURE POSSIBILITIES
Public & Enterprise Projects
Our panel-based system is still in development. As it matures, we see it supporting larger-scale projects for councils, organisations and businesses.
Public Facilities
We are exploring how modular timber panels could create welcoming visitor centres, information points, community rooms and park facilities. We welcome early conversations with councils and community groups about potential future projects.
Enterprise Hubs
In future, the same flexible system could support shared workspaces, small business units and creative studios that adapt as needs change. We are keen to hear from businesses and investors interested in shaping this next stage.
Planned Development
Garages & Workshops
Oak Works is exploring the development of insulated, climate-controlled modular garages and workshops. This is a planned development opportunity rather than a product currently available for sale, and we welcome early conversations with anyone interested in shaping it.
